What we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us by email, phone, or the contact form, we receive what you provide — typically your name, company, email address and message.
Technical information. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google's servers when the page loads. If our contact form is configured with a form-processing provider, submissions pass through that provider to reach us. Each of these providers processes limited technical data under their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
To respond to your enquiry, to provide services you've asked about, and to keep records ordinary business practice requires. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the contents of your enquiries to train AI models.
Storage, retention and your rights
Enquiry information lives in our business email and file systems, hosted with reputable cloud providers. We keep it for as long as it's relevant to our dealings with you. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you — email info@quobbalabs.com and we'll action it promptly.
