MDRverify

Flagship · Early access

AI-powered review of Manufacturer's Data Records. MDRverify checks the entire record against a structured rule library and shows exactly what's missing, wrong or unsigned — before the client finds it.

The problem

The record decides whether you get paid.

Every fabricated package ships with a Manufacturer's Data Record — hundreds or thousands of pages of material certificates, weld maps, NDT reports, test records and ITP sign-offs. The client's reviewers go through it line by line, and every finding means rework, resubmission and held milestones.

Today that review is done by eye, page by page, under end-of-project pressure — by the most experienced (and most expensive) people on the team. It's slow, it's inconsistent between reviewers, and the findings that hurt most are exactly the ones tired eyes skip: a heat number that doesn't trace, a witness signature that isn't there, a superseded revision sitting in the final dossier.

MDRverify does that first pass automatically — so your reviewers verify findings instead of hunting for them, and the record goes out clean the first time.

The rules decide — not a model. Findings come from a deterministic rule library; AI is used to read and structure the record, never to judge it. Every finding traces to the exact document and clause, so it stands up in an audit.

Your record stays yours. Client records are hosted in Australian cloud regions on AWS or Azure, are never used to train models, and are deleted on request.

What it checks

1,300+ rules. Four disciplines.

Completeness

Every required document present, in the right section, at the right revision — index reconciled against actual contents.

Traceability

Heat numbers, weld IDs and tag numbers cross-checked between certificates, maps, NDT reports and as-builts.

Certification

Material certs against specified grade and type, calibration validity behind every test record, qualification coverage for procedures.

Sign-off

ITP hold and witness points completed by the right party, in a chronology that makes sense, with nothing left open.

How it works

Three steps to a defensible record.

Load the record

Bring in the compiled MDR. MDRverify maps its structure against the contracted index and requirements.

Run the review

The rule library checks every document for completeness, traceability, certification and sign-off — every finding traced to the exact document and clause.

Close out clean

Work the punch list, re-run to confirm, and export audit-ready reports formatted for client submission.

FAQ

Common questions.

What is a Manufacturer's Data Record (MDR)?

The complete documentation package handed over with fabricated equipment — material certificates, weld and NDT records, test reports, ITPs and sign-offs. Also called a Manufacturer's Data Report or data book, it's the documented evidence the equipment was built and verified to specification.

What does MDRverify actually check?

More than 1,300 rule checks across completeness, traceability, certification and sign-off — built from real handover requirements: weld map ↔ NDT reconciliation, EN 10204 certificate validity, calibration currency, ITP witness-point completion and more.

Who is it for?

Fabricators, EPC contractors and owner's teams across oil & gas, mining, power and infrastructure — anyone who compiles, reviews or accepts handover documentation and carries the cost when it comes back marked up.
